If you have purchased a product and the autor has removed it from the MQL Market, it mean the product is no longer available for purchases. However you can still download the product from the Metatrader Terminal.
Download From MT4:

Open the My Purchases in the navigator (Ctrl + N) -> Market -> My Purchases
